Shockingly inadequate

I am utterly annoyed. My shipment is delayed with no relevant information from these people. Their local office in Nelspruit hung up on me when I followed up.

Over three people have confirmed shipment is out and yet it is not reaching the destination. I can’t get a straight answer at all! Very disappointed in their services. I just hope the package is not damaged.
