Shocking treatment of parcels & breakages.

They managed to break one of the 2 items sent, and it was the plastic bottle with a hard plastic cap that they broke, although it was bubble wrapped & marked FRAGILE. Now they tell me that I instructed them to throw BOTH items away, even though one (the glass bottle!) was undamaged, and I told them to throw the broken one away & deliver the other one! These are products that sell for over R500 each, and they inform me that they have thrown them both away & I have to replace them for my customer at MY cost!! Any recommendations for a reasonable & GOOD courier???? Not impressed Courier Guy!
