Shocking Service - White River Branch

Abo****ely shocking service from the White River Branch!!! Parcel booked online Monday morning for collection, reschuled for collection to Tuesday without any communication or notification,. Tuesday morning, was first told that the driver would collect by 12pm, then at 12pm after no collection, was told the driver is on his way and will collect by 1pm, then just at 3pm after still no collection, was told that he is literally on his way, and will collect in a 5 minutes... by 4.30pm we had to actually get in the car and go deliver the box to the Kiosk because of NO COLLECTION!

How is the kind of service (and lies) acceptable?
