Shocking service use anyone else to deliver your parcels.

Absolutely shocking service. 4 days after loading a parcel for collection, still no collection. This after three of your staff assured me it would be collected today 7th of May. I have a client who is so angry and this is causing my company harm. After you keep raising the prices but cutting service I really dont know what to do anymore.
