SHOCKING SERVICE - LADYSMITH BRANCH

Have had endless problems with The Courier Guy every single time I send anything to the Drakensberg. The parcels are sent to Ladysmith, all parcels are marked fragile. Dont bother putting a fragile sticker on cause they dont know what fragile means. Every time get a call stock has been broken even through its wrapped individually in bubble wrap. Sent an urgent package on the 20th January, called yesterday to find out what the issue is. It's still lying at the Ladysmith branch. Called yesterday said they would prioritize delivery for today being 26th January 2022. Went to track parcel this now, its still sitting at the hub has not changed. Have been calling all morning dont even bother to answer the calls. Shocking service.
