Shocking service from The courier guy

After personnaly wrapping and dropping off 2 x brand new pedestals for delivery to the bedfordview branch for delivery to Durban the courier guy destroyed two pedestals valued at over R 10 000.00 and when I went into the bedfordview branch to enquire what had happened the young sales lady who was on her phone said well you signed a waiver so we can’t do anything - which I was not told that I was signing a waiver firstly and then I asked for a managers number to WhatsApp what had happened to my pedetals so I whatsappe a Mrs Govender proof of the damage and she never responded so I went in the store to chat to her and she said she is waiting for an answer from the warehouse and still I’ve heard nothing it’s benn well over a week and now I’m liable for R 10000.00 and haven’t been given an explanation as to how my pedestals were destroyed
