Shocking service from The Courier Guy!

I have paid for an overnight service and did not get the service paid for.

I tried to speak to the branch manager in Shelley Beach, a one "Rajesh Baburam" who was rude to the point of being the worst representative of "The Courier Guy" I have ever experienced.

Because of "Rajesh Baburam's" actions, I will start action to have my money returned today by my bank due to the service paid for not delivered/rendered.
