Shocking service from PUDO LOCKERS (The Courier Guy)

I sent a package via Pudo Lockers and I'm assuming the delivery guy messed up when he was putting the packages onto their respective lockers, because he mixed up my package with someone else's and put it into the Locker that was supposed to be allocated to my package. The contents of my package was quite valuable and I was quite upset when my brother(the intended recipient) opened up the locker on his end and found someone else's practically worthless package in the locker instead of the package I sent. I tried to contact Pudo several times today so they could rectify the mistake, but there's no phone number to call and whomever is responding via their support function on WhatsApp is extremely ***********. I was sent a message saying that the matter would be sent to another department, but I've had no further contact since then. This is a division of The Courier Guy, a supposedly reputable company, but this is the level of service that I'm receiving!! I'm extremely disappointed as I'm at a substantial loss if this package isn't located and returned to me. Absolutely pathetic service!!!! I definitely won't be using Pudo Lockers ever again and I encourage others to be wary of using them, to avoid this happening to them too!!
