SHOCKING SERVICE FROM COURIER GUY - TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY EVER!

Can SOMEONE at Courier Guy PLEASE HELP WITH THIS.

I booked this parcel to be fetched from JG Electronics on 9 April 2024, I still have received anything. Upon tracking it I noticed that it was at the hub, then all of a sudden it was sent back to JG Electronics, where it was picked up from.

Then I get a CONGRATULATIONS message saying my parcel is delivered to me, which is certainly is not. JG Electronics also contacted me to ask what is going on, as the parcel was delivered back to them.

What the heck is going on???

I should have delivered the goods to my client by today, but still have received nothing and still have to print what is going onto them, which sets a VERY BAD LIGHT on the excellent service, which I always strive for.

No one that I have reached out to at Courier Guy is taking this seriously, which is shocking.

I want this sorted out today.

I am really NOT impressed at all. We have had many slips ups from Courier Guy, but this one really takes the cake!
