Shocking service filled with lies and unfulfilled promises

What a shocking experience. They happy to take your money and provide no service. Trying to get hold of senioer management is impossible... the are so protected that no one gets to talk to them. The operation Manager ( Shane ) promises to correct and apologises and then does not implement what he promises making the situation worse. He gives you his contact number bit ignores you when you message him. The customer is definitely not first and they really dont care. Waybill ref FVC9QQ.
