Shocking Service, delayed parcels at the Knysna Courier Guy.

This is possibly the third time that I have been horribly disappointed at, the Knysna courier guy's service. My parcel/ parcels sit on their depot floor for weeks. No telephone calls. No emails. Nothing outstanding. A shockingly managed business.
