Shocking Service

Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. My parcel went out for delivery on 24 April, never arrived. I received another parcel from Courier guy yesterday, but not the other parcel. I phoned and spoke to 'area manager' and was basically told, "sorry they don't know where the parcel is - their driver says he delivered to me yesterday". Meanwhile on their system the first package is still marked as 'out for delivery' and I am yet to receive it. They can't even add up their waybill numbers - and the 'sorry but speak to the supplier attitude' is appalling!!!
