Shocking Service

Hi I sent a parcel PudoP*** waybill no of a vinyl record which I had double bubblevwrapped with a soft cardboard in between..A fragile note was written twice on the parcel.The courierguy guy came to collect it late as they did not know the address. The customer Nkosana the receiver opened the parcel only to find the vinyl record had cracked in half and the record cover was bent on the corner .I sent photos of the packaging and cracked record.The courier guy got back to me to state insufficient packaging.I asked elaborate more on the packaging as it was double bubble wrapped with a board in between.I personally received a parcel from the courierguy guy recently with a single layer of bubble wrap and it was well received. The courierguy guy please take responsibility when it's your fault.That vinyl record could have been thrown and it would not Crack in half.It is guaranteed that something heavy was put on it to Crack,despite me writing fragile twice..The support at courierguy has all my pics.Shocking service
