Shocking service

In these troubled times one would expect companies to at least attempt to satisfy clients needs. Courier Guy certainly isn't one of them. Shocking service. A parcel supposed to be picked up on Thursday last week eventually arrived this week Wednesday. A parcel booked for pickup this Monday STILL hasn't been picked up. It's Thursday. Stay away people!!!!!
