Shocking service

Normally a very good company however this time very disappointed.I was notified with photos that my parcel has been damaged I told them if it was only one of the items broken please to deliver it I have been told that I must collect it at the depot I have paid for it to be delivered After 4 phone calls it has not been resolved. I have tried to phone the depot without any success and sent a complaint via email without any response
