Shocking Service.

I sent a parcel on Monday on overnight and was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday and when i called the National customer service they could not help me as the parcel was in KZN. When i called them this morning in Newcastle they said it would be delivered in the next 30min as my client needed the parcel on the Wednesday as required. on Thursday afternoon the parcel was stil not delivered and was sent back to Newcastle. No one called or even tried to make contact as to why the parcel was not received or why it was sent back.

This was a very urgent parcel for a opening of a mall as they needed their promo stock for the opening....

Shocking service.. Never again
