Shocking Service

Service is absolutely appalling !!

I received an sms 07h24, 1 Feb, that my parcel is out for delivery. No delivery occurred on 1 February. I get the same sms at 07h13, 2 Feb. It's now 14h30, and still no delivery.

I live in George, which is about half the size of Boksburg. HOW can it takes 2 days to deliver a parcel to me ? Their offices are literally 7kms from my house.
