Shocking service

Someone called me yesterday, my collection pin was sent to them and my box has been opened. It's at their house

I needed this urgently yesterday already. Customer service is useless and I have not even received any contact

Shocked. Very bad service guys and once again a sincere apology will be all I get. Not good enough sorry
