Shocking Service

On the 16th July 2020, I logged a collection and made payment via the XOC website. The collection was not made as arranged, and i requested a refund on my payment. I have sent all the information and been patient in waiting for the refund, but am getting no response from the Courier Guy. I have been dealing with Christina Karantonis.
