shocking no service no tracking from courier guy

Got some parcels which I paid for in east London on Monday - ended up in pe for two days - trying to track on website no track or trace at all for these sent various complaints thru was told it was only in pe one day yet my customer had a whattsup proving it had been In pe two days for some reason, then I get told it will be here either tomorrow or Friday which is well over their 72 hour time limit for destinations told them no good someone mucked up its here tomorrow - then I had another order in Bloemfontein my seller took it took Bloemfontein branch himself yesterday once again no tracking on their website and no one knows where this parcel is Bloemfontein don't answer phone. Sent emails to various at Durban branch most kept passing the buck to someone else not knowing what to do as no one knows where my stuff is or why its been sitting in pe for two days ????? What sort of service is this shocking it shocking in that I cant even track and trace where my parcels are and the manager seems to have hidden under a rock as he hasn't even bothered it seems no one wants to take responsibility for this not good at all
