Shocking lack of care and follow through

We have been using The Courier Guy for a while for our company. We book collections through their online portal and the service is rapidly deteriorating at certain branches (our Richards Bay branch has always been amazing!)

On numerous occasions they send you "updates" of the booking that are blatantly untrue. Between arriving at the collection point and not actually phoning the relevant person (whose details you had to add to the booking), to arriving to collect a package (where the sizing was specified) without space in their bakkie to take the package and then missing the collection deadline when they go back.

These are basic things that I believe a courier company should have in place. Starting my new year actively looking for a new courier company!
