Shocking handling of parcels by The Courier Guy

I have been using The Courier Guy for the last 10 years with my business. Never have I experienced in the 10 years such poor transportation and handling like of late. 3 of my customers in the last 6 months have experienced loses due to the drivers/depot mishandling the parcels. In actual fact these parcels have either been thrown or dropped from a height due to the evidence of damage. All my parcels are always packed with extra precaution and with fragile labels attached to boxes. Yet the manage to still sustain abuse. I've heard of reports from other people that they are also experiencing these circumstances. The Courier Guy company either is not showing their staff how to handle parcels correctly or they simply don't give a damn.
