Shocking customer service.

Shocking customer service. Additional fee paid for faster delivery. For 2 days I received notifications that parcel was out for delivery, waited at home all day - after two days, still no delivery nor phone call. I made numerous enquiries regarding delivery status. Landed up collecting parcel myself on a Saturday morning from Depot. No responsibility taken by the courier guy, blame shifted to me for incomplete delivery address.......I live on a school campus, it's not difficult to find. One would expect the driver to call when at the campus - I was waiting. All the courier guy has done is made feeble excuses...Not the service I expected after paying extra for a speedy delivery. Promises to call me back never materialise.
