Shocked with the poor 'non' service

The second time they have disappointed me... The first package arrive a week late, torn open and crushed. Gave them another chance, the package was sent to the wrong destination, with no response to emails sent, or follow up telephonically. I'm ready to tear my hair out. Will definitely not be making use of their 'non' services in future and would like to warn others of the poor service they evidently offer.
