Shocked, Staggered by Courier Guy!

My daughter relocated to Cape Town and called Courier Guy to advise on packaging a brand new smart television. They advised her to bubblewrap and to mark the parcel with "Handle with care" stickers. She followed their instructions to the T. On delivery the TV was damaged and completely out of order. Despite inundated calls, messages and emails no response was received. After a call and email to the CEO's office the legal department responded stating that they are not liable as per company policy. I was a loyal, regular customer and extremely disgusted ! The Courier Guy staff advised, cause us harm and now take no responsibility? I was shocked... staggered by their response ! I'll never use Courier Guy again
