I was very disappointed with the way management treated me. I had to struggle and was forced to pay an exorbitant amount. However, I've learned my lesson and will use other couriers next time, as there are plenty of options available. The manager even told me directly that he doesn't care if I take my business elsewhere. Imagine, a manager hanging up on a client during a conversation. I would like to believe that I was treated like that because I'm Black. Being Black is tough
