Shipment Cancellation

I use The Courier Guy often. I recently booked and paid for an XL Locker for drop-off, but there wasn't one available. Tamlyn from The Courier Guy responded SO quickly to my online query and explained how to cancel the delivery and place a new one. I was fully refunded the cost of the initial Locker booking, and I was so relieved that there was no further unnecssary delay in despatching my parcel.
