Shane at The Courier Guy Cape Town should not be in customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had one of the worst calls with the courier guy Cape Town. A guy called Shane has the audacity to call me an **** before transferring me through to a supervisor. I needed to speak to a supervisor due to him having and attitude and not trying to assist me.
