I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Danny Daniels and the courier involved. Danny Daniels was responsible for ensuring that the toilet lid was properly packaged. I clearly and strictly instructed that the item must be wrapped safely because it is heavy and fragile. Despite this, he only wrapped it in a paper bag, which is completely unacceptable for such an item. As expected, the toilet lid arrived broken. When I informed Danny that he is partly responsible for the damage and requested either a refund or a discount on a replacement, he refused to assist and started making excuses, claiming it was not his fault and that he has no stock available. This is simply not honest and shows a lack of accountability and customer care.

The Courier Guy company is equally at fault. The item was clearly marked on the app as heavy fragile, yet it was handled carelessly. Now they are hiding behind their so-called “policy” and refusing to refund me, even for the delivery cost. That is unacceptable. I trusted them to deliver my package safely, regardless of the sender’s mistake. Because of the negligence of both the supplier and the courier, I am now at a financial loss. Is this how customers are treated? No responsibility. No accountability. No solution. I strongly advise others to think twice before dealing with either of these parties, especially when it comes to fragile items and after-sales service.
