Shame on you.

Complaint regarding the non-delivery of my package remains unresolved, and despite several attempts to follow up, I am now being ignored and no longer receiving responses to my emails.

This level of customer service is extremely disappointing and leaves a very bitter taste. I expected the matter to be addressed promptly and professionally, but the lack of communication and follow-through has been highly frustrating.

I am extremely disappointed with the way this matter has been handled. Shame on you for treating a customer in this manner.
