Severely damaged goods. Constant failed delivery after no phone call.

Severely damaged one of my parcels. A different parcel -- locker to locker -- has somehow been MIA, then was assigned to be delivered to my door after languishing for days, and now the assigned driver doesn't contact me when he's outside the complex, resulting in a failed delivery. No phone call -- just 'failed delivery'.
