Service was prompt, professional and friendly. What more could you want?

So after deciding to start an online business I went looking for courier services, after emailing 5 different couriers, I received one prompt response from The Courier Guy, some of the other larger companies declined to even reply to my mails.

One phone call later from a very friendly and professional lady they already had me convinced that they are the courier service for me. A meeting was scheduled with their area manager who drove out to my town a good hour away from any large city, she was friendly and welcoming, very knowledgeable and could answer all my concerns. She was even able to help me with importation fees and what I should watch out for.

Online registration was easy and I had an account setup within a couple of hours. So far I have been a receiver and sender of packages and can recommend them to everyone.

Their team is always friendly, their service is prompt and unlike most of the other couriers they see several small towns as regular delivery areas so they do not charge you and arm and a leg because you don't live in a large city.
