Service Like This Deserves Recognition!

People are quick to complain when something goes wrong, but few take the time to give credit where it’s due. I’ve been using The Courier Guy for about two years now, and not once have they let me down. My latest experience truly reminded me why I keep choosing them.

Yesterday at 15:07, after their cut-off time, I booked an ONX delivery from Cape Town to Johannesburg. Minutes later, while I was still wrapping the parcel, my doorbell rang, it was Adeo, the ever-friendly driver who often collects from me. I told him I didn’t expect him until the next day, and with a smile he said, “It’s an ONX delivery and it has to go today to be there tomorrow.” He even waited patiently while I finished packing.

By 09:30 this morning, the parcel was already delivered in Krugersdorp, JHB — less than a day later!

That’s the kind of service you don’t see often anymore. Thank you, The Courier Guy, and especially Adeo, for going above and beyond every single time. You’ve not only impressed me, but my customer too.
