**** SERVICE !! FROM THE ROB'ÉM GUY

Twice now this company has not held true to the 36 hour deadline they claim to provide customers with, instead they cut off the delivery within 30 hours and charge you for an entire new service to either complete the process of sending or collecting the order. I was at the locker on Saturday to collect, there was NO POWER at this locker!! Now that I am at work & only able to collect after 6pm I am told I must pay for a new service. Same was done to me when sending goods last week. I will not make use of them again.
