********** Service from The Courier Guy

Shipment being cancelled without a collection attempt and when collection is being done the drivers are rude, obnoxious and give me and team attitude.

I have complained about poor service numerous times via WhatsApp, calls and I even sent a formal email complaint and still no feedback received whatsoever.

I have screaming clients not receiving their parcels due to incompetency. I have no idea what to do to receive any service from The Courier Guy.

This is ridiculous!!
