My first time ever using Courier Guy and I wish that I had read all the reviews on this *********** company before using them. I've had the most horrible experience. They never answer their telephones. Tried the Watsapp number. I'm still waiting for a response. Tried their HELP CENTER, agent never comes on to assist. I sent a parcel from Estcourt KZN on 22 May at 12:30 for overnight delivery to Hatfield Pretoria. Today, 26 May, I am still waiting for the package to be delivered. Been out for delivery and returned to hub for the last 3 days. We did not get a call or an email from Courier Guy. The staff and management are nowhere ready to assist. End result is I paid for a service to loose my package. This company doesn't deserve to be operating......
