SERVICE AS GOOD AS OR SHOULD I SAY AS BAD AS THEFT... DON'T USE COURIER GUY

COURIER GUY IN GENERAL AND COURIER GUY BETHLEHEM DEPO

Are you guys running a legit business? If indeed so can you please raise your level of service.

This situation that occurred is almost as good as theft.

We are running a business dependent on stock ,how are we to deliver service if "The Courier Guy" withhold our own stock from us for no reason ,they get paid on a monthly base but what are we really paying them for. After a long argument with our suppliers about whose fault it is we came to the conclusion our stock is laying a store room within the depo centre in our town just not being delivered ,no reason ... somebody is just too lazy to deliver the stock a few blocks from the depo centre.

How can we function and keep paying this courier at this level of service??

THIS IS A WARNING TO OTHER COMPANIES USING THIS COURIER ,MAKE SURE WHEN BUYING IN BIG QUANTITY THAT YOU RECEIVE ALL YOUR STOCK.

MY RECOMMENDATION IS TO NOT USE THIS COURIER AT ALL.
