**** service and they know it

I should be giving them a blank star. Middelburg Branch has let me down 4 times in 3 months. Damage to parcels I sent away, stuff ****** out of the boxes and then repackaged, REPACKED! For no ****** reason. For 7 years I have done Business with them, and in the last 3 years I have had trouble with them. Most of my suppliers in the electronic industry has moved away from Courier Guy due to the damage they do. Management is worst at its best. Pathetic excuses for things and they always shrug their shoulders when you tell them of a problem. The guys they hire are fresh out of school. They have no responsibility, and take none for that matter. Be wise, Pick another courier if you want to save your business some financial trouble. These assholes will cost you a lot of money at the end of the day. And your clients WILL NOT get their package.
