Service and Customer relations way below standard

The fact that their system does not work like it should I could still accept, but their employees feedback and attitude towards complaints are terrible. Sharon should not be allowed to interact with clients, it is definitely not her strong point.

I booked a package for Collection from on Thursday the 15th of July, on the system I selected the Overnight option and was thus charged accordingly (R278.85).

I phoned 2 days later to follow up on my package as I was expecting delivery the next day. I was informed that the package was only collected the previous day, that is definitely not what I requested or paid for???

I then went onto the system again to do a little exercise, I entered the exact same package and address details, but with the Economy 3-5 day option and got quoted R149.50. So seeing that my package was taking this long anyway, this means I was overcharged by R129.35 which is ridiculous!! Everyone I spoke to tells me there is no Overnight option on this specific route as it is a regional area, yet the system allows one to select the Overnight option!!
