*********** service!!

Pathetic and *********** service from the courier guy. Dropped my parcel on Friday 28 February 14:00, paid overnight delivery to Pretoria ( Mamelodi ) Of R235 and was told the R5 was for the delivery guys to pick it quickly. Today Monday 3 March the parcel has not arrived and no attempt of delivery was made. Called in the morning to say they can’t navigate my address but the guy asked if it’s a corner house? How? After trying to get hold of an agent who can assist, I was told i need to pay extra R46 because the money I paid was short😭, couldn’t they pick this up at 1st? I’m so mad coz this is putting my job at risk. I trusted their service to deliver on time. Now it’s just a normal delivery no longer overnight express. I then spoke to the manager at Courier guy Burgersfort Andrew, who atleast calmed the situation and promised that the parcel will be delivered tomorrow. I’m just crossing fingers and hoping they will do better. Never using their services ever again. Postnet is much better.
