Service

I ordered an item with Makro a while back, then for my parcel to be sent to me, they used a courier company called The Courier Guy. I got a call from 'The Courier Guy company 'the day I was supposed to receive my parcel and I was told my parcel was sent back to the wearhouse. When I asked why didn't they call me, I was told the driver was calling me. I received my parcel 1 weeks later. I'm not happy with them at all. They do not have proper channels of communicating with their clients
