Seriously bad service

I sent a local parcel (Local Same Day Delivery) in JHB on Thursday 13/01/22 and I have sent 11 emails over the last 4 days as my parcel has yet to be delivered.

Not one person has contacted me or responded to my emails.

THE SERVICE HAS GONE FROM HERO TO ZERO!!!!

I am utterly shocked at how they are treating their loyal customers.

As an on-line cash account I am no longer "allowed" to call them, only email correspondence is allowed.
