SERIOUSLY??

Booked and paid for collection on the morning of Thursday 23/11/2023. Followed up Monday, 27/11/2023, after still not being collected. Was informed that it will be collected today. After spending more than 30 minutes trying to connect to a branch, branch manager as well as regional manager, NO ANSWER from ANYONE!!!!

I use to advocate for you, now it has been the second time you have failed me!!
