Sellers please beware!

Writing this review as a seller sending parcels using TCG. Mistakenly sent the wrong parcel. Tried finding a contact number! No luck! Sent an email mentioning all the details. TCG confirms all the details and says once it reaches the designated Kiosk, we will request it to be returned! TCG then attempts to deliver the incorrect parcel to the customer 3 times! We reply to the email asking why are they trying to deliver it so much and not return it. TCG then says that it will be delivered today! I ask to who? They say to the customer! !!! Not back to the sender!!!! WHATS THE POINT OF ZENDESK EMAILS WHEN THE RECIPIENT IS GOING TO IGNORE THE EMAIL CONTENTS AND DO WHAT EVER THEY WANT!!! Pathetic service! Sellers please beware
