seems like you CANT rely on the courier guy

I have had a parcel at the jhb depot from 18th march, which left the jhb depot to my delivery branch when i asked if i can collect in jhb it was already gone, my delivery branch driver has since been to me 2wice and guess what, he doesnt have that one? Called the track and trace and i am being given the run around, i cannot for the life of me understand how such a big company cannot know where the box is and who has it!!! and you guys advertise that you can rely on the courier guy!! Pathetic service
