Screen your delivery guys for bad attitudes

Rude and unacceptable treatment from The courier guy delivery man. My parcel was due for delivery today. I made sure that someone was at home even though the Courier guy never sends out a approximately time of delivery only that the parcel will be delivered anytime before 5pm on the day of delivery. So the delivery guy phones me at 8:34am and says he is at the gate. I phone my partner at home and he tells me he is in the bathroom and will be out in 5min. I phone the delivery guy back at ask that he wait 5min while my partner finishes in the bathroom. After 2min my partner was at the gate and the delivery guy was not there. I phone the delivery guy and he yells at me that he cannot wait 5min because he has other deliveries and then hangs up on me. He then returned to my address and delivered the parcel all the time being rude to my partner. If this is the sort of rude employees that the Courier guy employs i will made sure I buy from businesses that do not use their service.
