Scary Service, STAY AWAY FROM COURIER GUY

I requested Courier guy to deliver sensitive documents to someone around Gauteng. I was then given the feedback that the documents were delivered, however, there was a problem when i requested the proof of delivery. I could not believe it when someone from Courier guy called me to say that my documents were lost, and there is nothing they could do, and will be refunded my money. CAN YOU BELIEVE IT
