Scanning technology fails so TCG will rather ***** money than correct an error.

TGC system scanned the dimensions of my one box incorrectly. I have tried for two days now to correct it but Shanleigh refuses to assist. One can see the size difference in the photos but ZERO help. Very sad that a company with a great foot print don't care if their technology fails. Using this tactic is *****ing from customers.
