Saturday delivery, turns out to be no delivery

So... I placed an order yesterday and actually wanted it the same day. The company I ordered from said it wont be possible that they can do a Saturday delivery... which I paid R517,50 for extra. They did call and say there is a slight delay, I said no problem. That was just after 08h30. It is almost 2pm now and I have tried to call, the offices are closed, there is no emergency contact number. No one even called to say If there will still be a delivery. I have always been happy with their services, we even used them at the company I'm working for. But now, I am seriously doubting their services.
