Same day delivery, paid for but not delivered, who is responsible?

This a perfect marriage between supplier "GeeWiz" and courier "The Courier Guy". I order next day electrical item to be installed. I placed my order on the 31 and today after 4 days I am still waiting on the my parcel.

When I approach GeeWiz, they started blaming the whole delay on technical problem first and after 2 days they ran out of excuses so they started to blame it on the courier company.

Now, the courier company was paid for same day delivery, they collected the item as me and my electrician is waiting on the item to be delivered so that we can fix out electrical problem at home. They only called after 3 oclock and told me.. "whats your address?" I gave them my address and than they said "oh we were given a wrong address so we took the parcel to the depo.

What still doesn't make any sense is, when they try to find and couldn't, they could have call than, and while they were around the corner from my house. Why call me later when you took my parcel back? I would be been the easiest fix if that we true to begin with.

Now I paid the electrician and come tomorrow, I will have to pay again. I want to hold both of these companies responsible for their actions and accountable for my damanges.
